Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

 

2. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our gothic jewelry, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for review.
